Important points

• Personalized items, gift boxes, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items: unworn, unscented, unwashed, and neatly folded.
  

• Must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories (bag, tag, etc.). If these elements are missing, a fee of €3 will be deducted from the refund.

• If, after a refund, the total amount of your order falls below the free delivery threshold and you had benefited from free delivery, the free shipping cost of €5.95 will be reintegrated into the refund calculation.

• Shipping fees paid are never refunded.
• Refused or Unclaimed Packages : Packages refused or returned due to exceeding the retention period will be re-shipped once the shipping costs have been paid again.
• Only one return/exchange is possible per order.
• Any package not picked up in time at a relay point will incur a penalty of €5, in accordance with the fees charged by Chronopost.
• For items valued at > €75, use a tracked shipping service and insurance.

Items returned in this condition unfortunately cannot be refunded.
