Key points

  • Personalized items, gift sets, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items: unworn, unperfumed, unwashed and neatly folded.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging , with all accessories (bag, label, etc.). If these items are missing, a €3 fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • If after refund, the amount of your order falls below €75 and you had benefited from free delivery, the €5.95 shipping fee will be reintegrated into the refund calculation.

  • Shipping costs paid are never refunded.
  • Refused or Unclaimed Packages Packages refused or returned due to exceeding the holding period will be reshipped once the shipping costs have been paid again.
  • Only one return/exchange is possible per order.
  • Any parcel not collected on time from the collection point will incur a €5 penalty, in accordance with the fees charged by Chronopost.
  • For items worth > €75, use a parcel tracking service and insurance.

Unfortunately, items returned in this condition cannot be refunded.
