HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days to request a return. All return requests must be made exclusively via the return form here .
The refund should be processed within 10 days of sending the return, including the return processing time, quality control, and the issuance of the refund.
Personalized items, gift sets and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged .
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange. Shipping costs are shared between the seller and the buyer. All exchange requests must be made exclusively via the return form here .
Please specify the items you wish to return and the items you would like in their place, including the model + size + color.
Personalized items, gift sets and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged .
HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once the order is validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it because order processing begins as soon as the order is validated.
If you wish to add items, we invite you to place a new order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to wait until you receive the order and then request a return via our return form here .

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First of all, remember to check your spam or junk mail folder — the email may have ended up there.
If you still can't find anything, contact us by email specifying the following information:
- First and last name
- Date and time of order (approximate)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is validated, you will receive your tracking number within 48 business hours.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Deadline
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to make a return request.
Item status
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed , and folded as they were originally.
To avoid any creasing, personalized items, gift sets, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged as they are no longer available for resale.
Packaging
Items must be returned with all original plastic packaging and labels . Failure to do so will result in a €3 deduction from the refund.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you benefited from free shipping and return the entire order, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Return or exchange only
Only one return or exchange is allowed per order . After an exchange, it will no longer be possible to make another one.
Unclaimed/Refused Packages
Any parcel not collected from the collection point or refused upon delivery will incur a fee of €5 , charged by the carrier, which will be deducted from your refund .
The item I want to buy is out of stock, how can I know when it will be available again?
To be notified first when the item is back in stock, simply enter your email address directly on the product page .
You will receive an automatic alert as soon as the item is available again .
